75k tune up

What is your question?

As far as tune-ups go, I have been doing the bare minimum for my car for the last couple years. I went over the 75k mi mark recently and want to do some solid preventative maintenance. What area's should I make sure I ask the shop to cover? Are there any parts I should up grade / replace?
