What is your question?
As far as tune-ups go, I have been doing the bare minimum for my car for the last couple years. I went over the 75k mi mark recently and want to do some solid preventative maintenance. What area's should I make sure I ask the shop to cover? Are there any parts I should up grade / replace?

It would be good to know what type of services have been performed previously, if you tow, drive off-road... The 60K is kind of a big service and it includes the spark plugs, so I'd recommend to catch up with that beside the 75K. Get all the fluids checked/replaced. Replace: -air filter and check/replace the secondary air filter also -pollen filter -spark plugs -oil and filter, reset reminder -PCV valve -all fluids, incl. coolant (original red Toyota), ATF , Transfer case, differentials, power steering USE ONLY OE OR APPROVED FLUIDS! and make sure your mechanic knows which is the right fluid. -serpentine belt, check hoses Check if the valves has any noise and adjust if necessary. This would add a big chunk of $$ to the labor and parts, but can't ignore it! Perform a general check (incl. brakes, suspension, safety features, lights, wipers, etc.. What is not in the regular maintenance, but I'd ask for it: Clean the Mass Air Flow Sensor with CRC MAF cleaner and reset ECM adaptations. It will help to maintain good gas mileage and performance. Also get the service recorded in your maintenance book, or enter it here on the repairpal's maint. records, so in the future you will know what and when was done. Enjoy your car and drive safely, Zee
Please use the RepairPal estimator the help determine which services you will need performed at 75K on your 2005 Toyota 4runner, here is the link - https://repairpal.com/estimator/toyota/4runner . It looks to me like you will only need some fluids and filters done at 75k. This will depend on what services were performed at 60K.
