Hello, When traction control is turned off, the warning lights mentioned should turn on, also, when there is an error in the ABS or traction control systems, the ABS and traction control are normally deactivated right away, which is why you see the warning lights. In your situation, anything I can offer would be speculation, and no solid advice is going to come until you have this vehicle professionally scanned and diagnosed. This may take a technician a little while to figure out unless the issue is a computerized controller or two separate issues.
