These lights were not on when I took my 4runner in for the free recall and now they are??

You must of went in for the safety recall at the Toyota dealer and had the computer system reprogrammed.something could have gone wrong in the reprogramming or coincidentally another sensor in the system showed a fault.The starting point is to scan the computer system for fault codes to determine whats at fault.I would take it back to the dealer and have them determine if the fault was in the programming,if so I am sure they would take care of it at no charge,if its something else you can take it to a certified auto repair shop and get a second opinion.
Just wondering if you ever found out what the prob. was, my car got this recall as well and we're having the same prob. the dealership is basically saying it's not the cause. rjaffeux@msn.com
