BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY (W/ VSC)
REPLACEMENT DRAIN BRAKE FLUID
NOTICE: Wash the brake fluid off immediately if it attaches to any painted surface.
REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE
REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET
Release the latch of the brake actuator connector to disconnect the connector.
Using SST, disconnect the brake tubes from the brake actuator. SST 09023-00100
Use tags or make a memo to identify the place to reconnect.
Remove the 3 bolts and brake actuator assy.
REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY
Remove the 2 nuts and brake actuator assy from the brake actuator bracket.
INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSY
Install the brake actuator assy with the 2 nuts to the brake actuator bracket. Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 inch lbs.)
INSTALL BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET
Install the 3 bolts with the brake actuator assy. Torque: 20 Nm (199 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.)
Using SST, connect each brake line to the correct position of brake actuator, as shown in the illustration. SST 09023-00100
Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)
Connect the brake actuator connector.
INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY WITH HOSE
FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID
BLEED MASTER CYLINDER SST 09023-00100
BLEED BRAKE LINE
CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGE
CHECK BRAKE ACTUATOR WITH TOYOTA HAND-HELD TESTER
Are you sure it is bad?? very expensive guess.

I am not sure it is bad I do know that i have a ABS and VCS code and I cant shift from park to any other gear
first of all, forget this idea of the pump. you need a shop to check this as a wheel speed sensor is the most common failure and is much cheaper than what you asked. the trac system is offline till the abs system is back up and repaired. the shifter may be a bad fuse for the brake lights. have that checked as well.
