When you replaced the timing belt/water pump did you also do spark plugs? Also would recommend flushing the transmission if it's a automatic.

replace/flush all fluids and check also the belts

the transmission flush costs $306.76, includes 16 quarts of full synthetic oil and cleaning kit. the tune up costs $263.19, includes changing spark plugs and performing a fuel system treatment. we use BG products for the fuel system treatment and transmission fluid.
