Key won’t turn past acc and truck won’t shift What is wrong

Hello, typically you cannot remove the shift lever from the "Park" position when the key is not turned to the "run" position. So that would appear to be normal. The key may not be turning due to a well worn out key (try an alternative known good key, or have a fresh key cut from an original key code), or the lock cylinder could be worn out.
