When fully on, air comes out with little pressure and not really cold

What is your question?

The AC system sounds fine no matter at what speed level problem is not a whole lot of air comes out. My lazor temp reader marks the temp at 54°f at full blast. But with little air pressure by the time air reaches me it warmed up a bit.
