my truck wants to stall when at a light and it overheats sometimes

Sorry I cant answer your question but i believe my 4Runner is doing the same thing yours is doing. Mine will idle normal but if i let it idle for more than 30-60 seconds, it will drop below 400-500 rpms and then die if I dont tap the accelerator. I've tried high octane gas for 5 tanks, Lucas fuel treatment, Sea Foam, Throttle body cleanings and MAF sensor cleaning. I've replaced the PCV valve and the the throttle body sensor. still have the same issue. No engine code. Have you done anything to try and resolve this issue?
