What is your question?
The ABS light is on. I found a severed left rear wheel speed sensor line/cable. I have basic mechanical skills. Is this something I can replace? Does it required any special tools to remove, install and clear the ABS light?

you can replace the abs line yourself , but the computer will normally have to be reset by the dealer . try a wrecking yard for a second hand line , normally a lot cheaper and they can also fit if you ask nice
