power loss

You are loosing power above 2500 RPM and the compression is 100 psi per cylinder? The compression should be about 180 and all cylinders within 10 psi of each other. I wonder if your loss of power is due to inadequate fuel delivery (either insufficient fuel pressure or volume), or a restriction in the exhaust (blocked cat. converter), or a mechanical problem. Hard to tell without experiencing the problem first hand or being able to do some basic diagnostic tests.
