The low beam bulb could have failed and maybe one was out and you didn't notice, then the other low beam bulb failed. Try changing the bulbs first and if that dosn't work it's probably the high/low switch located in the turn signal multifunction switch, these are expensive http://www.parts.com about $300 and up
