leaking oil harmonic balancer
What is your question?
gaskets need replacing on the harmonic balancer. It is leaking oil. Problem is can not get the bolt out, we know if we break the bolt we have to pull the engine. Of couse don't want to do that. How do you get the bolt out? Have any ideas?

There is a chain tool for holding the harmonic balancer, so you can apply torque to the bolt, with a long 1/2 drive pry bar and socket. This is what I typically use.

Sometimes I've used a propane torch to heat it up, squirted oil on it and used an impact wrench to bust it loose. Good luck with it.
