Check all air intake hoses for good tight fit and no cracks/leaks. then scan while running , live data while in 'failed state' will be the quickest method for this.

My Suzuki is a standard transmission. It will smooth out then start up with the jerking. It was really bad yesterday & seemed like it was losing power .was very hard to shift!!! Smoothed out when I finally got it in 4th gear.
