Why does the wires at the connector for the blower motor keep burning out?

I would find out from the dealer if there are any recalls or TSB's for that problem. TSB is a technical service bulletin which means they know there is a problem but not enough to warrant a recall for the problem. That's where I would start if you have replaced it twice and still have this problem.
