What is your question?
After a cold winter day, it seems that my wiperblades motor isn't working anymore. The car is fairly new. What would be an estimate cost for this repair? Is their anything that I can do to get them to start working again? What ever has happened, the front and rear wipers will not turn on at all, even when dispensing washing fluid. Thank you!

Sounds like a fuse to the wipers has failed check your owners manual for the fuse box location and usually there's extra fuses located inside the fuse box, Look on the fuse sticker ( usually located on the lid of the fuse box ) to try and locate the wiper fuse and replace it with the same color coded fuse that was in there.
Fuse number 25 (a 15 Amp fuse) provides power to the wiper switch on the steering column and the wiper motor itself. The wiper switch has a built in relay, and the wiper motor has a limit switch and more importantly it has a thermal breaker built into the wiper motor. If the motor becomes over loaded, the motor will stop working until the circuit breaker cools down and resets. Its a pretty simple circuit, any competent mechanic should be able to figure out what is going on, if he can get it in a failing condition.
