Overheated now not start. Beeps 12 times what's wrong?

Beeping could be related to the seat belt fastening warning, or could be instead of a burned out warning light bulb within the instrumentation. I do not believe the beeping is related to not starting. Testing will be required to find out the root cause of why the engine will not start. Since it overheated, it's possible that some kind of serious failure has occurred, but it's a wild guess until inspection is performed.
