Losing gas power while still on pedal and 3 to 4th gear starts to grind when hot

Before i staged 1 my VB my car loses gas power even though in on the gas pedal, ive recently added a new intake and maybe wasnt tight enough? And then after stage 1 on my VB, when its running okay from 3 to 4 gear doesnt seem to grind, but when you get up to speed then it will start yo grind even when you do it at the bite point and all the way down. Im not sure if i need to do an oil and transmission change to it, but im here to ask because idk what the situation or solution to this.

Losing power while pressing the gas pedal and experiencing grinding in 3rd to 4th gear, especially when things heat up, is concerning.
