Why am I getting these codes

What is your question?

All 4 spark plugs were changed. ObII reader was giving a p0304 and 3 p0353 popped up. Saying it was ignition coil in cylinder 4, changed ignition coil and now I’m getting p0353/p0304/p0303. Car wasn’t acting up or anything before spark plugs were changed. Just wanted to do a routine tune up cars at 119,000 miles.
