If it will not jump start, the problem is likely that the battery is not sending power to the power distribution block (fuse box under hood).
If you have a battery sensor, it will be mounted on the positive battery terminal, the fuse may have blown. Also, the ignition switch in the car might have failed.
Either way, for a 1 year old vehicle... warranty.
