What is your question?
Hey my car overheated the relief valve on the radiator lifted and sprayed coolant everywhere. I turned off car and got it towed. The starter is good the belts are moving. No engine noise. I check electrical components up to the coils and everything is good. Then I removed the sparkplugs and there's oil and coolant in the housing. Does anyone have any suggestions on what is most likely the cause? Or is that just a consequence of overpressure in the coolant system? Additionally is that likely the cause of it not starting or is there something I should check before cleaning up, replacing plugs and reinstalling everything. I live 40 miles from town and it's 1000$+ to tow and shops have 2 week wait for consultation. I'm an electrician and I work on generators so I have a lot of experience with engines so I'm confident I can fix it I just need any help or leads you can give me. Thanks.

Also can I just use an absorb lint free rag to clean the housing or is there a cleaner I can get?
Hello, where did you say you found coolant when removing the spark plugs? I don't think you mean you found it in the cylinders themselves, but probably residual spray from the overheating. As a result, focus on engine overheating causes. Did it happen when the car was sitting still? When driving? What else can you share about what led up to the engine overheating? I do not think from what I'm reading that you have internal engine coolant leaks, although - it's possible, I don't think it's anything you could physically see.
My car overheated while driving there was a whirling sound when accelerating which was making me think a bad water pump. My car was having overheating issues prior to this. There was coolant and oil in the spark plug housing I could see fluorescent green and oil on the outside of the coils. I cleaned out the housing, replaced the plugs and the cover gaskets but it still won't start. My battery died in the process of diagnosing and I charged it and it drained from 12.9 to 12.4 in like 30 seconds of turning the key so I'm not sure if it's bad. I tried using my gf's battery but her battery has 200 less CCA than mine.
Right now my car doesn't make any noise when turning key besides serpentine belt spinning. Idk if my battery is bad or the alternator or maybe there is still residual moisture that I didn't get I'm not sure what the most probable cause is but it happen after the coolant sprayed everywhere so I was thinking maybe a short. All fuses were good.
