CEL - Left bank too lean

What is your question?

190k on my 2.5 Outback. Keeps throwing a CEL code for left bank too lean. CC, sensors, MAF, PCV and plugs have all been replaced, injectors and system cleaned. What am I missing? MPG down 2-3 mpgs.
