Lower arm and bushing going out Is it safe to drive

This is a very difficult question because we can't see how bad it is. If its metal to metal with little to no busing left, no you can't drive. It sounds like that's what you are describing so I would say park it. 2700 seems very high for control arms or just the bushings. I recommend you get a second opinion.
