Brake light, check engine light, and ABS control light flash at the same time

The warning lights illuminating indicate some kind of malfunction that is occurring in the moment the lights come on. Hands on testing is needed to find out what's going on. Having a diagnostic tool that can read trouble codes from "C" chassis modules - not only "P" powertrain modules - is needed. Something that happens very infrequently could also possibly be due to conditional situations when the warnings appear. A loss of traction control and ABS operation in brief could flash the lights, due to road conditions, perhaps. Something else to consider.
