Why does my 2007 subaru outback have troubles getting up to speed after doing maintenance. Bogs down badly

What is your question?

I did the oil change,air filter,oil filter, cleaned off the mass air flow sensor with spec cleaner. It bogs down aggressively it is a manual. Not sure what steps take now.
