What is your question?
When temperatures outside are 40 degree fahrenheit or lower, ignition will start but fuel will be fed in spurts and engine keeps conking out after repeated re-starts until engine has warmed up after about 15-20 minutes. When temperatures outside are warm the problem disappears. Except yesterday when the temperature outside was warm and I turned on the A.C., fuel feeding problem returned.
What makes this problem better or worse?
worse when outside temperature is cold
How long has your 2003 Subaru Outback had this problem?
all winter
