What is your question?
I'm considering buying a 2002 Suburu Outback. The maintenance records show that the timing belt, front seals, heater core, radiator hose and brakes (twice) were replaced. This car has 161,000 miles on it. Should I be concerned?

No, Subaru engines have been known to go 200k, 300k miles, because the way the engine is designed, being horizontally opposed, there is less vibrations. I own a 2002 outback, and at 100,000 miles, it is normal maintenance to have the timing belt, camshaft chain replaced. The brakes have to be replaced every so often, depending upon use.
