Has crank but no start

What is your question?

I have a 2002 Subaru Outback with a 3.0 liter V6. It was driving fine and then we came out of a restaurant and it just wouldn't start. It does try to crank but won't start. It has a brand new fuel pump and filter on it. The only codes it shows is for two oxygen sensors. Could the oxygen sensors cause it not to start or what else would?
