Exhaust system needs to be replaced, possibly including CC flange

What is your question?

I need new exhaust system components, including possibly the flange related to the catalytic converter. I have been given an estimate of 700 to 1100 for labor plus parts, the higher number if the CC flange needs to be replaced. The CC itself would be under a 3 month parts warranty as it was recently replaced due to a problem with the check engine light.
