Check the hydraulic fluid, looks good. It is 115 in Las Vegas and I suspect that I have something like a vaporlock in the line somewhere.

My brother's 2002 Outback did the same thing and it was the clutch master cylinder that was failing. Try bleeding the clutch master cylinder/slave cylinder, you have to pull the pedal back as the return spring is inclined to pull the pedal to the floor making it necessary to pull the pedal up by hand.
Ok, that is as good a place to start as any. I'll get on it tomorrow morning when it gets down to about a 100. Anyway it seemed similar to having a brake master cylinder start to fade. I can deal with this over a new clutch.
