I feel like I have a gps or tracking device, One night the radio didn’t work and then the CD player but it said radio my alarm system started going off when I opened I unlock my car door

Alarm goes off. Obd2 work in the Past not anymore I noticed that my dash has been pulled off and I have the OBD two on the left-hand side and lots of wiring
What makes this problem better or worse?
