Hello, This will certainly need mechanical engine repair. Low compression is a result of engine wear or engine damage, but you may luck out and find that the head gasket has failed. Burnt valves, worn valve seats, a broken valve spring, worn piston rings, or a crack in a casting are all things that can lead to low compression, but to be fair, it needs to be torn down for diagnosis. This is not a vehicle you can drive as-is for very long, if at all.
