what would it cost to have the Crank Shaft Position Censor replaced.

The check engine light keeps coming on. The EGR was replaced, and now the crank shaft position censor which I got an est. of $275. The car also has a hard time starting....does the clicking before it will turn over. Replaced the battery, but that didn't solve the problem. Got an est. of $295 to repl. Do these estimate seem reasonable ?
