How long is the trans dipstick ? Mine seems very short for my motor

Hello, The engine is the same, just a different flywheel because the use of a torque converter instead of a clutch. If the dipstick is native to the transmission, make sure the end is factory in appearance, not broken or twisted. Worst case, you could repair the leak and fill with the correct fluid when done, making sure not to put in more than specified. As far as the dipstick length... I think you would either have to measure another one just happen to know the engineer who designed it.
