fuel problem

car died checked spark fuel have spark no fuel changed fuel pump+ strain +filter ran for a week then died again ran same test same issue got spark no fuel checked fuel pump has 11. ?for a second or so then nothing cant find fuse or relay nothing is marked fuel found relay under fuse box [driver side passenger compartment ]nothing marked fuel any thing also found 2 by heater blower passenger side under dash no marking also look in black box under hood also no fuse marked any where please help have no other ideas
