What is your question?
My 1992 Subaru Legacy sedan is losing acceleration but it isn't dying but I'm getting little to no acceleration and sometimes it just stops all together but it won't die I'm thinking it's the fuel pump or injectors it takes a minute for the car to start up and when it does it over revs in idle
What makes this problem better or worse?
It’s worse in the cold none of this was happening till winter arrived
How long has your 1992 Subaru Legacy had this problem?
Not very long it started off only until my car warmed up and then it just stopped doing things altogether it gets worse as the car goes and will barley take me a block

Hello, unfortunately there is little that can be done to troubleshoot this without a hands on inspection. There are far too many variables to know without a trained technician seeing specific operation first hand. Fuel, Ignition, Air Intake, Exhaust Flow needs to be checked. Emissions controls can figure into poor operation. Some of your concern sounds like it could even be transmission related (or clutch? Is this a manual transmission?). The possible causes are so wide in range that I cannot say for sure without inspection.
