Power Steering pump pulley wobble

What is your question?

When my car is in idle after warming up you can hear a ticking. I know my heat shield is loose in the front as the acceleration rattle is preavelant. Can you fix the flywheel or tighten it 9n the power steering pump .? There is play in it when I move it back and forth. I had an power steering fluid leaking underneath the car right where the lines come together. I tightened it however still a small leak. The pulley has no nut in front .

What makes this problem better or worse?
