What is your question?
When I reach speeds of 65mph+ and go around left sweepers it feels and sounds like I am going over rumble strips. This only happens to the left [so the right tire is loaded but the feeling is very much on the left] and even happens when driving straight and changing lanes to the left. At lower speeds, no issue exists. I work for a large tire retailer and have eliminated tires as the culprit. I recently had a recall taken care of at a dealer but due to routine gross incompetence, will not let them work on anything other than recalls but their "best guess" was lower control arm bushings. I have both front LCA's arriving tomorrow and the cost and my own labor is worth the effort, but strongly fear I'll replace them and this problem will persist. Any secondary ideas or anyone else ever experience this?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Worse under throttle, but at higher speeds will happen off throttle.
How long has your 2017 Subaru Forester had this problem?

Hello, no way is it lower control arm bushings. Based on hearing your concerns that wouldn't even be close to a recommendation. How could you possibly explain lower control arm bushings causing this symptom? It's a bit of an uneducated suggestion. If you have a rhythmic buzzing / vibration -- it simply must be a rotational concern. Meaning, wheel bearing, axle shaft bearing (if equipped), CV joint or axle shaft out of balance. I'd focus on wheel bearings first.
That makes sense, I can see that from a logical standpoint. At the same time, if the bushings or ball joint in the LCA were worn, couldn't the repetitive bouncing happen due to built up movement momentum in the worn part at those speeds just the same as it could from something rotational? Not second guessing your assertion, but trying to learn and one does that by asking questions. I thought wheel bearings at first, when it first started happening but there is no noise at any speed. This is a completely silent issue save for the noise of the chatter bouncing at highway speeds. No grinding, popping, nothing.
