2016 Subaru Forester is lagging when I initally hit the accelerator. Not sure if it's something clogged or a senor or plugs? Seems to respond normal after I reach 30- 4o mph. Also, had the rear brake pads changed last week, which I'm wondering if they are locked up and it just feels like an engine issue?
