My ac blow cold all the time but when control knob is on 4 the pressure feels like the control knob is on 2 or even 1. It does this randomly, but now after a few weeks of this it won't turn on at all

Hello, the blower control switch could be in question, if the turning of the knob is a problem.
If the switch turns properly, testing should continue at the wiring to the blower motor and blower motor resistor.
