Catalytic converter recall 2011 Subaru Forester

I've been told that there has been a recall on the catalytic converter for a Subaru Forester 2011 before mileage reaches 120000 MI I'm just trying to figure this out because my catalytic converter is bad and so many people have told me that there is a recall.
