replaced the rear main at 50,000 and now at 130,000 it needs it again?

What makes this problem better or worse?

rear mains should not need replacing at all?

Usually anything over 100k is fair game. This is early and so was the first time. If it's not leaking bad I'd leave it and inspect every oil change. Alex
