Car won't start

What is your question?

I went drove through water and my car won't start.The battery is fine.The ground is good.I put the key in the ignition and the interior lights came on for a few seconds then nothing. No power.It will not turn over. I checked all the fuses and everything looks good.Any suggestions?

Pull off distributor cap dry inside and do the same with spArk plug wires pull them off make share they are dry.
