Why dose my car act like its running on two cylinders try to drive it and no power even if put the throttle to the floor. Turn it off and restart it and it runs fine.

Intermittent concerns like this that manage to correct when restarting sound like a control issue of some kind. Something is causing the loss of cylinder production, but until you test to see if you're losing fuel or spark on the cylinders, you'll not know how to proceed. Testing will be required on the vehicle to determine what element is missing. Then, once you know, you can go further to find out why. Guessing, though, is just that, and -- I really don't feel like a coil could "intermittently" be faulty.
