My car will not start but when I turn the key the lights go on

What is your question?

I drove my Scion xB today and when I came out about 20mins later it would not start the key will turn and everything turns on but the car will not start a steering wheel warning symbol comes on with a exclamation Mark. I have replaced the battery and checked the starter. I'm not sure what else could be the problem

Hello, There should be many warning lights on the dash, see below. Do you hear a click, rapid clicks, or nothing when you turn the key to start? When you turn the key to 'ON/RUN' the warning lights on the dash should all come on. Do they turn off when you turn the key all the way forward to 'START'?

We are having this same problem, and there is no noise or anything when the key is on, but all the lights will come on.
