headlights are dim

Hello, so, you're saying the lights were dim, you replaced the bulbs and they are still dim? Dim bulbs are caused by - vehicle modifications or damage to wiring to the headlights. I don't see the bulbs themselves as being potential root causes. www.repairpal.com/advise
