Scion Iq, 2012 with 46,133 miles. Water pump leaking. Dealership said total repair cost will be $872.00. I know the mark up for maintenance is extremely high. What is the average going rate? Can I do it myself easily? I am a woman and will need to know exact tools to purchase.
