Service Transmission(Transmission Flush)is this needed? Replace Drive Belt? Coolant Flush? Clean throttle body? Clean fuel injectors? Replace 4 Cylinder Spark Plugs? All the rest are inspections. The price is $1380. Is this right?

I would recommend the services described except: The fuel injector cleaning - unless you are having dirveability issues. The drive belt unless it is showing signs of cracking. No flushing chemicals should be added to the transmission, fluid and filter only. Cost as I have described should be just under $1000 using the RepairPal estimator - https://repairpal.com/estimator/saturn/vue - even at the dealer. If you add-on the rest of the items the price looks to be just about right.
