Took it back to the mechanic he said that there was a seal that was not put in the back of it. He fixed that. He thought should be good. When I tried to leave from the shop it would not go check the fluid added some now the car will drive for about 2 minutes like till warms up then will stop pulling I can cut the car off wait 5 minutes and drive another two minutes. anybody got any ideas

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. It sounds like your Vue is having transmission issues despite fixing the CV axle and seal. The fact that it stops pulling after a couple of minutes and works again after cooling off could suggest a couple of things. First, it could be a fluid pressure issue, meaning the transmission fluid might not circulate properly due to a clog or damaged pump. Another possibility is that the transmission could have been damaged due to low fluid levels when the seal was leaking, leading to overheating or worn internal components. You might want to have the transmission fluid checked again, ensuring it's clean and at the proper level, and look into whether any transmission-related trouble codes are stored.
