Odd dome light flash

What is your question?

When driving or sitting idle my dome light will flash and my door lock will make a noise as if they are locking or unlocking why? Sometimes it happens when I take my foot off the brake.Also many days may go by with no problem then some days it happens alot. Not sure where to look or get started can someone please help.
